Josade Real Estate Photography offers premium real estate photography services throughout the Northwest Houston area. Locations requested outside this area will incur a onetime trip charge of $25 or as otherwise discussed with the photographer.  As an established business, we have the processes in place to make the experience hassle free for the real estate agents that work with us. 

• 24hr turnaround on all photos.

• Payment is due upfront when appointment is set.

 

Pricing Packages

 

Daytime Standard Package -$ 180

This is a typical photo shoot that is suitable for most homes that can be photographed during daytime hours (before 4PM). 

• Up to 15 finished photos are delivered

• Basic post-processing of the photos in Photoshop and Lightroom.

 

Daytime Premium Package - $200

This is a good listing option for mid-range listings where more care needs to be taken to produce the best result.  The biggest difference in this package is that we spend more time preparing the home for each shot.  We’ll move couches around (with homeowner’s approval), tidy up loose things in the kitchen, etc).  This takes a lot of time, but produces a nicer result.  Shoot must occur during daytime hours.

• Up to 20 finished photos are delivered

• Basic post-processing of all photos in Photoshop and Lightroom.

 

Twilight Premium Package - $ 220

Photos taken at twilight are the absolute best way to photograph a home.  This can either be done right at sunrise, or at sunset.  The exterior of a home with a deep blue night sky looks absolutely stunning, but takes much more from the photographer to produce the shoot quickly and at a set time, thus the premium cost.

• Up to 20 finished photos are delivered.

• Premium post-production of all photos.  This may involve sky replacements, content-aware fill, and other more in-depth post-production that produce a better finished photo.

Air BnB, Bed and Breakfast or VRBO home rental options:

High quality details shots of unique features of the home, amenities and luxuries offered by the owner. Overall views of the rooms and the home in general.  Between 30 - 50 photos will be provided.  

• 1 - 4 bedroom home - $200

• 5+ bedroom home - $250

Flyer Design - $25

We will design a beautiful high quality flyer to advertise your property using images you choose.  You will be emailed a PDF version of the flyer to print or publish as you choose.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Josade Real Estate Photography reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time with a full refund to the client.  Any cancellation by the client within 24 hrs of a set appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee which will be deducted from any refund of fee paid by client.
